CleverBets provides digital products and services, including CleverBets Strategy Studio, subscriptions, AI features, and AI credits.
Refunds
Because our products are digital and may be available immediately after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been activated or the service has been used.
This includes used AI credits and subscription periods that have already started.
This does not affect any refund, withdrawal, or consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel an automatically renewing subscription at any time.
Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal payment. Your existing access may continue until the end of the period already paid for.
Cancelling a subscription does not normally result in a refund for the current billing period.
AI Credits
AI credits that have already been used are normally non-refundable.
If an AI request fails because of a verified CleverBets technical problem, we may restore the affected credit or provide another appropriate solution.
AI-generated strategies are not guaranteed to produce winnings or profits. Gambling losses are not grounds for a refund.
Technical Problems
If a technical issue prevents you from accessing a product or service you purchased, please contact us.
We will first try to resolve the issue. Where appropriate, we may restore access, replace incorrectly consumed AI credits, or provide a refund where required by law.
Third-Party Platforms
CleverBets may interact with third-party casino websites or roulette interfaces.
We cannot guarantee permanent compatibility with every third-party platform, as those platforms may change their software, interface, or rules at any time.
CleverBets is not responsible for gambling losses, third-party account restrictions, or changes made by external platforms.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or charged after cancelling a subscription, contact us and we will investigate the payment.
Verified billing errors will be corrected as appropriate.
Lifetime Access
Lifetime CleverBets access does not include unlimited lifetime AI usage unless specifically stated.
AI credits and AI subscriptions may be offered separately.
