1. Introduction
Welcome to CleverBets.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of cleverbets.org, the CleverBets Strategy Studio desktop application, AI strategy-generation features, automation features, downloadable software, subscriptions, AI credits, and any related services provided by CleverBets.
By creating an account, purchasing a product or subscription, downloading the software, or using CleverBets, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use CleverBets.
2. What CleverBets Provides
CleverBets Strategy Studio is a software platform designed to help users create, structure, test, simulate, and execute roulette strategies.
Studio may include features such as:
AI-assisted roulette strategy creation;
conversion of natural-language strategy descriptions into structured strategy logic;
strategy simulation and testing;
automated or assisted execution of compatible strategies;
interaction with supported third-party roulette interfaces;
strategy saving, importing, exporting; and
other tools made available as CleverBets develops.
CleverBets is not a casino, bookmaker, gambling operator, or payment provider for gambling activities.
We do not accept bets, determine roulette results, operate roulette tables, hold gambling balances, or control the outcome of any game.
Any wager made using a third-party casino or gambling platform is a transaction between you and that third party.
3. Gambling Risk and No Guarantee of Results
Roulette is a game involving financial risk and random outcomes.
No strategy, AI-generated or otherwise, can guarantee a win, profit, specific return, or avoidance of losses.
CleverBets does not guarantee that any strategy generated, tested, suggested, simulated, or executed through the software will be profitable.
Simulations, historical results, mathematical calculations, AI-generated strategies, examples, demonstrations, statistics, and previous results do not guarantee future performance.
You remain solely responsible for deciding:
whether to gamble;
where to gamble;
which strategy to use;
how much to wager;
when to start or stop playing; and
whether an AI-generated strategy is suitable for your intended use.
You should never wager money that you cannot afford to lose.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if that age is higher, to use CleverBets.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of CleverBets and any related gambling activity is legal in your country, state, region, or jurisdiction.
CleverBets must not be used where its use, or the gambling activity for which it is being used, is prohibited by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe the user does not satisfy these requirements.
5. Account Registration and Security
Certain CleverBets features require a registered account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining your account.
Your account is intended for your personal use unless we expressly agree otherwise.
You are responsible for:
maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
preventing unauthorized access to your account;
activity performed through your account; and
notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not sell, rent, transfer, share, or commercially redistribute access to your CleverBets account without our written permission.
6. CleverBets Software Licence
Subject to these Terms and any applicable subscription or licence conditions, CleverBets grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to install and use the CleverBets software.
Unless expressly permitted by law or by CleverBets, you may not:
copy or redistribute the CleverBets application;
resell access to the software;
bypass account, licence, subscription, or AI-credit restrictions;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract protected source code;
interfere with authentication or security mechanisms;
modify the software in order to circumvent restrictions;
use the software to gain unauthorized access to a third-party system; or
use CleverBets for unlawful purposes.
All rights not expressly granted to you remain reserved by CleverBets.
7. AI Strategy Generation
CleverBets Studio allows users to describe roulette strategies, conditions, triggers, progressions, betting rules, and other instructions using natural language.
Artificial intelligence may then interpret those instructions and generate or modify structured strategy logic.
AI-generated content can contain errors.
For example, an AI-generated strategy may:
misunderstand an instruction;
interpret a condition differently from what you intended;
generate incomplete logic;
produce unexpected behaviour;
fail when unusual table conditions occur; or
produce a strategy that does not perform as expected.
You are responsible for reviewing and, where appropriate, testing a generated strategy before using it with real-money gambling.
CleverBets does not guarantee that AI-generated strategies will perfectly reproduce every instruction provided by the user.
8. AI Credits
Certain AI functions within CleverBets use AI credits.
The number of credits included with a subscription, purchase, promotion, or account will be displayed on the applicable product page, checkout page, account area, or offer.
Generating or modifying a strategy may consume AI credits.
Depending on the complexity of the request, a generation or operation may require more than one AI credit.
Applicable credit consumption, validity, renewal, rollover, promotional, and expiration rules may vary depending on the product or plan and will be communicated with the applicable offer.
AI credits:
have no cash value;
cannot normally be exchanged for money;
cannot be transferred between accounts unless expressly permitted; and
may be deducted when the corresponding AI processing has been performed.
Where credits are consumed because of a verified technical failure attributable to CleverBets, we may restore the affected credits at our discretion or where required by applicable law.
9. Lifetime Access and AI Usage
Where CleverBets has expressly granted a customer Lifetime access, that entitlement applies to the CleverBets software or service identified in the applicable offer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Lifetime access does not mean unlimited lifetime AI usage.
AI processing creates separate operating costs and may therefore require AI credits even where the user’s underlying CleverBets software access is provided on a Lifetime basis.
Any complimentary or promotional AI credits included with a Lifetime account are subject to the conditions of the applicable promotion.
Additional AI credits may be offered for purchase separately.
10. Subscriptions
CleverBets may offer monthly, multi-month, annual, or other subscription plans.
Before purchasing, the applicable checkout page will display the price, billing period, included access, AI-credit allocation, and whether the plan renews automatically.
Where a product is sold as an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the subscription price at the applicable renewal interval until the subscription is cancelled.
You may cancel an automatically renewing subscription in accordance with the cancellation instructions associated with your account or payment provider.
Cancellation normally prevents future renewal charges. Unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Refund Policy, cancellation does not automatically refund a subscription period that has already begun.
Access may remain available until the end of the period already paid for, depending on the applicable product.
11. Pricing Changes
CleverBets may change the price, credit allocation, or structure of its products for future purchases.
A new price will not be applied retroactively to a completed purchase.
Where the price of a recurring subscription changes, CleverBets may, where appropriate, discontinue renewal of the existing plan at the end of the current paid period and require the customer to subscribe to a new plan at the new price.
Any price changes affecting existing recurring arrangements will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any required notice or consent requirements.
12. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors such as PayPal, credit-card processors, or other providers offered at checkout.
CleverBets does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment-card information.
Your payment may also be subject to the payment provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable charges associated with the product or subscription you select.
Fraudulent payments, unauthorized payment activity, abuse of promotional offers, or improper chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of access.
13. Refunds and Consumer Rights
Refund requests are handled according to the CleverBets Refund and Returns Policy and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal, cancellation, refund, remedy, or other consumer protection, those rights remain unaffected.
For digital services, software, or digital content that becomes available immediately after purchase, additional rules concerning the beginning of digital performance and withdrawal rights may apply depending on the customer’s jurisdiction.
14. Automation Features
Certain CleverBets features may interact automatically with your computer, mouse, screen, browser, or supported third-party interfaces.
Automation depends on numerous technical factors outside CleverBets’ control, including:
screen resolution;
table design;
website layout;
browser behaviour;
network latency;
computer performance;
third-party software updates;
casino-interface changes;
betting time limits;
availability of buttons or controls; and
unexpected operating-system behaviour.
Automation may therefore make an incorrect action, miss an action, fail to place an intended action, detect incorrect information, or stop functioning.
You remain responsible for monitoring the software and verifying its behaviour when using it in connection with real-money gambling.
CleverBets is not responsible for gambling losses caused by missed, delayed, duplicated, incorrectly interpreted, or incorrectly executed actions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
15. Third-Party Casinos and Platforms
CleverBets may be designed to work with or interact with certain third-party roulette websites, live-dealer interfaces, or gaming platforms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, CleverBets is independent from those third parties and is not sponsored, endorsed, operated, or controlled by them.
Compatibility with a third-party platform is not guaranteed.
Third parties may modify their websites, games, user interfaces, rules, APIs, security systems, or terms at any time. Such modifications may temporarily or permanently affect CleverBets functionality.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and rules of any third-party platform you use.
Some platforms may restrict or prohibit automated software. CleverBets does not guarantee that its use is permitted by every third-party platform.
CleverBets is not responsible for account restrictions, suspensions, closures, withheld funds, or other measures imposed by a third-party platform as a result of your use of that platform or its rules.
16. Software Updates
CleverBets may release updates to improve security, compatibility, reliability, functionality, or performance.
Certain updates may be mandatory.
Older versions of CleverBets may stop connecting to online services, AI services, authentication systems, or other CleverBets infrastructure after a mandatory update is released.
You are responsible for keeping your installation reasonably up to date.
Features may be added, changed, replaced, or removed as the software develops.
We do not guarantee permanent compatibility with any particular computer, browser, casino website, roulette table, third-party interface, or operating-system version.
17. User Strategies and Content
You retain your rights in original strategy descriptions, rules, ideas, and other content that you submit to CleverBets, subject to applicable intellectual-property law.
You grant CleverBets the limited rights necessary to process that content for the purpose of providing the requested services, including generating, validating, storing, or processing strategies.
To the extent permitted by law and subject to third-party rights, you may use strategies generated for you through CleverBets for your own purposes.
Exported or saved strategy files may remain in your possession after a subscription expires. However, continued use of CleverBets automation, AI functionality, online services, or other subscription-dependent features may require an active entitlement.
You must not submit content that infringes another person’s intellectual-property or other legal rights.
18. Intellectual Property
The CleverBets name, website, logos, visual design, application, software, source code, interface, documentation, proprietary systems, and related materials are owned by or licensed to CleverBets and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the CleverBets software or intellectual property to you.
You may not reproduce, sell, license, distribute, or create unauthorized derivative versions of CleverBets proprietary materials except where expressly authorized.
Third-party trademarks, platform names, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
19. Service Availability
We aim to keep CleverBets available and functioning reliably, but continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.
The service may occasionally be unavailable because of:
maintenance;
updates;
server failures;
payment-provider issues;
internet problems;
third-party changes;
security incidents; or
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may temporarily suspend a service where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, updates, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
20. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
use CleverBets for unlawful purposes;
provide CleverBets to a person who is not legally permitted to gamble;
share or resell account access without authorization;
circumvent AI-credit, subscription, licence, or payment systems;
attempt unauthorized access to CleverBets systems;
interfere with CleverBets servers or services;
distribute malware or malicious code;
exploit vulnerabilities in the software or website;
impersonate another person;
use fraudulent payment information;
abuse coupons, promotions, referral systems, or credit allocations;
reproduce or redistribute CleverBets software without authorization; or
use CleverBets in a way that infringes third-party rights.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CleverBets is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
the software will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
every strategy will be interpreted correctly;
AI-generated content will always be accurate;
automation will perform every intended action;
CleverBets will remain compatible with every third-party platform;
every feature will remain permanently available; or
use of CleverBets will result in winnings or profits.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CleverBets will not be responsible for losses resulting from decisions to gamble or from roulette outcomes.
This includes, where legally permitted, losses relating to:
gambling activity;
strategies selected by the user;
AI-generated strategies or interpretations;
incorrect or missed automated actions;
third-party casino or platform behaviour;
account restrictions imposed by third parties;
interruptions or connectivity problems;
incompatibility following a third-party website change; or
use of CleverBets contrary to these Terms or applicable instructions.
CleverBets does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law, including any mandatory consumer rights.
23. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of CleverBets, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unauthorized use of the software.
This provision does not limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived by consumers.
24. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that:
these Terms have been materially violated;
an account is being used fraudulently;
account access is being unlawfully shared or resold;
payment or credit systems are being manipulated;
the user poses a security risk to CleverBets or others; or
suspension is required by law.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue before permanent termination.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
25. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Some CleverBets functionality may depend on external service providers, including hosting, authentication, payment, analytics, and AI-processing services.
Where applicable, information necessary to provide those services may be processed by such providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:
changes to CleverBets;
new features;
changes to subscriptions or AI services;
security requirements;
changes in third-party services; or
legal or regulatory requirements.
The updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised “Last updated” date.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued under a completed purchase.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and any specific conditions displayed for a product or subscription, form the agreement governing your use of CleverBets.
Where a specific promotional offer or product contains additional conditions, those conditions apply to that offer in addition to these Terms.
