    On how many devices can I download the app?

    The app is currently compatible with Windows devices. You can download and install it on ONE Windows PCs using the same username to log in and play. A version for Mac is coming in the near future. Please note that this is a desktop application and requires a username to access and play.

    I am in fullscreen mode, but nothing happens.

    Make sure that when in fullscreen mode, there isn’t a black box appearing in the upper region of the screen. Additionally, ensure that the view you are using is not set to slow connection mode. To do this, go to the settings in the upper-right corner of the screen and uncheck the box labeled "Auto-Adjust."

    The app is still clicking on the last result area.

    Please make sure not to open the "Statistics" or "Favorites and Special Bets" buttons located at the bottom right of the table, as they block the results history. The app needs access to these results and will not proceed until it detects a number.

    The app is regularly updated to ensure optimal performance and to introduce new strategies. We typically release updates every month, but critical patches and improvements may be deployed more frequently as needed.

    Can I use the mouse while running the app?

    We don’t recommend using the mouse while the app is running, as it might place bets in incorrect areas or select the wrong chip. We suggest letting it run on its own. You can exit fullscreen mode (but not while placing bets) to pause the app. To resume betting, re-enter fullscreen mode, but only after the table is closed (i.e., bets are placed, and the timer has finished). Alternatively, you can close the app completely to shut it down.

    On which casinos does this work?

    For now, this app supports Evolution roulette tables, specifically the Immersive and Instant Roulette tables on Shuffle.com and Stale.com. Additionally, it supports the BC Roulette table on BC.Game casino. It may also work on other casinos; however, please contact us beforehand to ensure compatibility.
